and services. Write SQL code and develop business Intelligence dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker or Data Studio. Develop integration points of chat bots with various APIs and enterprise platforms. Design scalable and engaging AI conversational flow of chat bots and voice bots using Google Cloud Dialogflow and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Develop and apply concepts related to NLP to the conversational design process such as sentiment analysis, intent classification, conversation flows, text‐to‐speech, and speech‐to‐text. Automate Bot testing by using Botium or Selenium Scripting. Evaluate bot performance against the business rules and reporting metrics to measure
the accuracy and precision. Leverage Google Cloud Data Loss Prevention APIs to secure PII data during the chat bot design. Maintain and enhance Dev Ops pipelines using Github and CICD techniques for code deployment and testing.
Monitor and Support Dataflow Pipelines to avoid disruptions of critical business flows. Optimize process by identifying opportunities for Robotic Process Automation such as UIPath, Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. Research, analyze, recommend, and provide technical recommendations for solving data problems. Mentor, train, and coordinate offshore teams and ensure project delivery on time using SCRUM techniques. Telecommuting Permitted. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors
degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or closely related quantitative discipline and 2 years of experience in Data Engineering, or a related occupation.
