years of applied experience Demonstrated experience with design patterns in AWS that are frugal and resilient Asynchronous design experience using Eventbridge, Lamdba, Dynamo DB, ECS and Fargate; Hands on programming experience with Java or Python, leveraging micro services, micro front-ends using REACT; Hands on experience designing Terraform infrastructure build and deployment in various environments Experience working in a product operating model and Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence, CI/CD builds Proven record of delivering on budget and on time Leadership capabilities to motivate and be a coach and mentor to technology team members Able to communicate effectively with product team and senior executives in the business Experience developing or leading large or cross-functional teams of technologists Demonstrated prior experience influencing across highly matrixed, complex organizations and delivering value at scale Experience leading complex projects supporting system design, testing, and operational stability Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience working at code level JPMorgan Chase & Co.
