on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience Advanced knowledge in site reliability culture and principles with demonstrated ability to implement site reliability within an application or platform Advanced knowledge and experience in observability such as white and black box monitoring, service level objectives, alerting, and telemetry collection using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, etc.

Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with considerable depth in one or more technical disciplines Ability to communicate data-based solutions with complex reporting and visualization methods Public/Private Cloud Experience AWS, Terraform plus hands-on experience with Linux and Cloud technologies.

Strong CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins and/or Spinnaker; With experience using and developing software build scripting: Maven, Gradle etc. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Strong communication skills and be able to mentor and educate others on Dev Ops / SRE principles and practices. Exhibit an infrastructure/config/documentation/everything as code mindset and have participated in Test Driven Development or Business Driven Development environment.
