Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Systems Engineering Requirements & Verification (R&V) Manager 2- MWSE to support the Sentinel program. This leadership position is located in Roy, UT. What You'll Get To Do As the MB-RIA Requirements and Verification (R&V) Manage, you will be responsible for direct management of R&V engineers at the weapon system level.

The R&V Manager will train and guide team members and review technical R&V content.

You'll Bring These Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with 6 years of related experience or Masters Degree in STEM with 4 years of related experience At least 1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule 2 years of experience with requirements development and/or verification planning 2 years of experience using Cameo, DOORS, or Rhapsody Must be a US Citizen with an active Do D Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Experience with ICBM programs Formal management experience MBSE experience Experience with Agile Development Experience with Do DAF standards and methods Experience with complex system development on large programs Sentinel Special Program Access #GBSDLeadership Salary Range: $131,200 - $196,800The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
