Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing cell and transfer the knowledge to the operator and technical associates.

Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to reduce those losses and drive OEE performance. Responsible for manufacturing cell change control including validation activities, root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.
