Is well-versed in coating equipment, pumps, evaporation sources, ion sources, crystal monitors, sputtering cathodes, and PECVD basics. Creates and improves work instructions and related documentation for coating manufacture. Trains technicians

Supports troubleshooting of existing optical coating equipment and processes.
