Qualifications: Required qualifications include an earned doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology, organizational behavior, human resource development, human resource management, or related
field; evidence of, and/or potential for developing, an externally funded program of research; and experience in teaching university-level courses in one or more of the following areas: adult learning and training, organizational development, interpersonal skills, human relations, research methods and statistics.
