The Department of Management Programs in the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University invites applications for an Instructor in Management, with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. This is a full-time instructor position on a 9-month renewable contract. The course load is 4 courses per spring and fall semester, and familiarity with lecture capture video technology is desirable. Florida Atlantic University is an aspirant Research 1 university. The College of Business is located in Boca Raton with offices and classes also on the Davie campus.

Management Programs is upper division at the undergraduate level and has a doctoral program. Faculty academic interests are diverse, but share a business or policy basis. Instructors are responsible for teaching and service, and may have research in their assignment. Instructors must maintain a qualified faculty status (Scholarly Academic, Practice Academic, Scholarly Practitioner, or Instructional Practitioner) for AACSB accreditation. The anticipated start date is August 2024.
