Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team starting in January 2024. As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall well-being of our students, collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure a positive and conducive learning environment.
Responsibilities: Conduct psychological backssments to identify and address academic and behavioral concerns. Provide counseling and intervention services to students facing academic or social-emotional challenges. Collaborate with teachers, parents,
and administrators to develop and implement effective strategies for student success. Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support student achievement. Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Valid School Psychologist certification in the state of Virginia. Experience working in an educational setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
