This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years). Expertise is required in the specific area of cardiovascular medicine and research.
Applicants must have an M. D. degree. Applicants should be board certified or board eligible in cardiovascular medicine. Responsibilities may include conducting mentored research and participating in inpatient and/or outpatient cardiovascular care. The successful applicant will have an opportunity to develop a basic, translational or health services research program under the
mentorship of senior faculty in the cardiovascular division and to participate in one of our many outstanding clinical programs. We seek candidates who embrace and reflect diversity in the broadest sense.
