well-being of students within a collaborative educational environment. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological backssments to identify students' strengths and areas of concern. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement effective interventions and strategies.
Provide counseling services to students individually or in groups to address social-emotional and behavioral challenges. Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. Support school-wide initiatives promoting positive behavior and a healthy school climate. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
to address the diverse needs of students. Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Valid Ohio Department of Education School Psychologist License.
Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred. Strong knowledge of backssment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes.
