Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences. Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met. Maintain confidentiality, as well as accurate records, forms and files. Maintain a safe, healthy, clean, and organized environment in the classroom and center. Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement. Requirements DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Not required to be hired! The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and able to work with Middle School aged students. Soliant is committed to finding enthusiastic and dedicated teachers for the school year. Responsibilities: Develop daily lesson plans in accordance to State and District curriculum.
Maintain order and foster a safe and supportive learning environment in the classroom. Provide constructive feedback and use a variety of methods to ensure material retention. Be able to collaborate with parents, administrators, other teachers, and the special education department when necessary. Qualifications: Active teaching license/certification in Wisconsin. Bachelors degree or higher in Education or a related
