General Services Internal Agency Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent Three (3) years of administrative/clerical work experience Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with state vehicle fleet management Experience with working with the Department of State's Central Supply system Preferences: Professional experience driving large vans and box trucks Experience with moving heavy objects (40lb+) Experience with State Pcards Special Note: Responses to qualifying questions must be clearly supported in your employment history.

Must be willing and able to lift and move up to 40 pounds. Maintain valid driver’s license Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversees the Department’s Central Supply operations and delivery. Oversee the Department’s fleet management and produce all relevant reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Performs other work-related duties as required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of methods of compiling and analyzing data Knowledge of general maintenance activities Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Access, and other standard software packages Ability to interpret state laws, regulations, and rules Ability to communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Ability to understand & apply rules, regulations, policies & procedures Ability to communicate effectively both verbally & in writing Ability to plan, organize

& coordinate work assignments Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner & work independently Ability to maintain a valid driver license Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS : A Level 2 criminal background check is a condition of employment.
