This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 1 day a week. Responsibilities: The HR Compensation & Benefits Consultant will: Conduct job analysis, evaluation and salary administration to determine appropriate salary grades, ranges, and pricing based on internal and external equity Work closely with HRBP on proposals for new hire offers, promotions, and adjustments Participate in a variety of Human Resources and Compensation related analytical projects Support industry market survey submission process for assigned areas Review survey results and proactively provide the analysis of market trend and recommendations for any changes in structure or

individual adjustments based on the data Oversee new hire enrollments in the benefit platform system Coordinate annual enrollment process, including communications/presentations, rate contributions, benefit platform storyboard, test eligibility, and confirmation statements Build and leverage positive relationships for vendors/carriers to enhance program offerings and delivery with the objective of ensuring high levels of performance Track disability and leave of absence activity (STD, LTD, FMLA, State Leaves) and report status and pay instructions to HR managers and Payroll Troubleshoot various benefit and/or claims matters for employees and retirees Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications:

2+ years of related Compensation and/or Benefits experience Bachelor's Degree Experience using ADP Workforce Now Microsoft Office proficient Solid problem solving and time management skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized
