As part of the Global Marketing team, you will report to the Head of Global CRC Therapeutic area and work with cross-functional and regional teams.
How you will contribute: Execute the pre-launch, launch and in-market brands strategy within Global Marketing for assigned brands Collaborate to develop CRC Brand Strategy and Brand Plan, high-level strategic campaigns, overall budget (revenue and brand spend)Collaborate with directors across all functions with
a goal of driving revenue for Oncology Business Unit Support a team of AD/SPM (Global CRC Brand Leads) responsible for ensuring the strategic and tactical marketing operations achieve brand success Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelors Degree with at least 8 years medical marketing experience, including US and Global organizations Launch experience within an Oncology based organization is required.
Previous experience collaborating with regional and country functional partners Demonstrated experience managing complexity and change Experience managing roles and responsibilities of team, mentor and develop team members Understanding of business, finance, and risks/benefits of decisioninteractionperience
