Visit for more details. Responsibilities Are you ready to work with a fun and dynamic technical team? This Project Manager will support the Sponsor's enterprise network engineering organization by providing consulting expertise to manage the engineering and development of customer networks. The individual is responsible for assisting
the Sponsor with managing activities/tasks through the entire project life cycle to include defining and managing customer requirements, developing and managing schedules and costs, identifying and managing risks, briefing project status, and working with service provider partner teams.
This includes developing and implementing reporting mechanisms and office business rhythms. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Serves as the project manager for an enterprise project and shall work with the Government's representatives. Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems. Plans and manages multiple projects involving
complex information systems platform/network development. Performs day-to-day management of the project and develops long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied.
Facilitate all control gate activities to include at a minimum tailoring, planning for, gathering details, determining stakeholders and signatories, and conduct briefings. Make independent decisions that deal with the daily schedule and work. Lead/facilitate technical exchange meetings with internal/external stakeholders on business and technical requirements needed by the Enterprise service offerings. Consult with users, management, vendors, and engineers to backss needs and requirements.
Plan and coordinate project activities such as onboarding, systems design, development, and engaging in technical exchange meetings with the customers. Provide Weekly Status reports for leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partners. Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain an active TS/SCI with Poly. Demonstrated knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources. Demonstrated ability to monitor project cost, schedule, and performance, and backss variances from the plan to take corrective action.
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies. Demonstrated knowledge on use and tailoring of the Project Management Framework. Ability to identify complex problems, review related information to develop and evaluate options, and implement solutions. Ability to synthesize information from various resources. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, self-starter. Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. Excellent communication and writing skills. Strong interpersonal, networking, and critical thinking skills.
