One (1) of the following required: Satisfactory completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 Health System shop Administration & Leadership Residency. Satisfactory completion of an ASHP-accredited residency in shop practice plus one (1) year pharmacist experience. Two (2) years pharmacist experience. One (1) year leadership experience plus one (1) year pharmacist experience. Six (6) months experience in an interim SHS shop Supervisor or above role may be substituted for the one (1) year of leadership

Provide supervision to trainees and those seeking individual licensure as needed.
Respond to QIC feedback as required. Adhere to agency policies and protocols, including Ethics Statement. Attend staff meetings and in-services as scheduled. Perform as positive role model within agency and community. Facilitate optimum teamwork with peers and demonstrate positive working relationship with community partners.
