As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll be responsible for: Making and receiving business calls from suppliers and businesses to support profile activation within the Corcentric Payments Network Encouraging companies to convert to electronic payments by joining Corcentric Payments Network, responding to supplier objections with according to training and call scripts Participating in relevant training programs Meeting or exceeding key individual performance indicators Continuously

learning and adjusting performance based on feedback from call shadowing, coaching, Quality Assurance and Quality of Service reports.

You'll need to have: General office experience, preferably in a technical environment Customer service/support experience Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong listening and analytical skills Ability to explain product features in a business-to-business tele-sales setting Intermediate level of knowledge with internet technology Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment Comfortable MS Office skills (We want to make sure you're set
