trestles, buildings, fences and other miscellaneous structures and other duties as required. Must be fully conversant with term used in day-to-day operations and the use of tools required in daily work.

Must be considered skilled in either carpentry, masonry or iron work. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : High school diploma or GED Equivalent.. Experience in carpentry, masonry, steel work or other applicable craft.. Valid driver’s license is required at time of hire.. Must be able to lift 50lbs. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Trade and/or vocational training. COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS : Good written and verbal communication skills. The hourly rate is $31.98 - $35.53 (with opportunity

for increases, as per the applicable collective bargaining agreement, after beginning employment).
