The operator must patrol their set to be sure machines
are running first quality products. The operator is responsible for keeping the machines running and controlling stop levels.
Fill out and understand necessary paperwork in order complete assignments correctly. Ensure the right products, i. e. materials, chemicals, yarn, etcetera are in the right place. Work safely while completing assigned task. Work as a team with other operators and other associates. This position will report directly to the Team Leader and Sr. Operations Manager. Job Requirements: The Knit Machine Operator needs to be comfortable in performing and leading the following: Ability to learn other duties in plant. Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively to achieve maximum efficiency.
Working knowledge of safety rules and strict adherence to all rules that govern Adv. Operators. Ability to use SAP and computer entry. Highly qualified candidates will have the following additional attributes: Results oriented, Energetic, resourceful with strong service orientation and a positive can-do attitude. Ability to understand general safety requirements and articulate to others. Respected by others and ability to get along with all associates.
