involving finishing materials Experience sourcing in a large company with manufacturing operations; multi-site purchasing experience Global purchasing experience Must be able to perform financial/cost analysis Working knowledge of manufacturing functions within ERP software packages with a strong preference for Oracle experience Smartsheet experience a plus Six sigma, lean manufacturing, or APICS certification credentials are a plus.

A minimum of one of these certifications is required Strong experience selecting and maintaining world-class suppliers Skills Excellent personal computer skills in a network environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel for

analysis and reporting Highly-detail oriented and must be able to work independently Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required Ability to listen to problem statements and discussions, with the ability to pick out key data points that can be used to validate or refute assumptions Strong planning, time management, and prioritization skills Must operate efficiently and effective within a team environment with the ability to flex and adapt as needed Education Undergraduate degree in either Supply Chain or a Chemical related field; Masters degree is preferred ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Global Sourcing Knowledge: Develop and implement global sourcing strategies Recommend strategic purchases based on market conditions Identify gaps in existing supply sources and work with stakeholders to close them Technical Skills: Qualify suppliers through pertinent, internal departments Quality control for all assigned commodities Propose new suppliers as needed Project Management Skills: Manage various suppliers in all commodities Cross-functional Project management Negotiate World Class Pricing/Achieve Best-In-Class Costs: Manage a minimum of $60 million in sourcing volume Develop and implement cost reduction plans.

Negotiate pricing and programs with suppliers Perform total cost analysis and volume planning Communication Skills: Build, foster and grow business relationships Monitor and report monthly KPI Develop and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals to management Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not have direct reports SCOPE & EXPECATIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear; and occasionally required to sit The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms Typical office environment and use all required PPE Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Reports to: Director, Purchasing Occasional weekend work may be required Travel Requirements: Less than 25% travel can be expected Recruitment process may consist of any combination of phone, video and in person interviews.
