1. 1 year working experience in a similar role. 2. Ability to work with hand tools and power equipment. 3. Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
4. Experience with plumbing and electrical systems. 5. Extremely organized with good communication skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
