Inspect the assigned vehicle to determine whether additional safety or service procedures are necessary or advisable utilizing a Video Multi-Point Inspection. Accurately complete the multi-point inspection for each vehicle. Record all work and any recommended actions on the designated repair order. Communicate with the Service Consultant in cases where extra work is required or if repairs cannot be finished within the promised timeframe.
Engage in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and educational institutions to continuously enhance your knowledge of new technology. Maintain the manufacturer's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Fulfill the tasks, documentation, and time-keeping requirements essential for properly handling warranty repair orders and submitting warranty claims.
