As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility is to address and resolve various maintenance services promptly and efficiently. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the community, demonstrating great customer service through preventive maintenance and service request resolutions.
Primary Responsibilities Identifies and resolves maintenance services, such as plumbing leaks, electrical problems, HVAC malfunctions, and apartment home appliances.
