a Facilities Maintenance Technician: This position is responsible for performing general repairs to Community Living homes, main facility and grounds. Work directly with the Director of Facilities/Construction with the day to day operation of maintenance. Personnel will make recommendations to contact outside vendors if repairs cannot be made internally and follow-up to verify completion.
Applicant should have the following knowledge or skills: carpentry, HVAC, plumbing and electric. Starkey will accept " Make Ready" experience also. Requirements for the Facilities Maintenance Technician role: Must have proof of education (High School Diploma or GED) Valid Driver's License for

Plan, estimate, sequence, and perform any task required to program, machine, fabricate, minor assembly, maintain, inspect, and repair anyand all types of tools.
2. Use processes such as cutting, grinding, spotting, painting, handfinish, shaping, bending, drilling, reaming, tapping, inspection, machine set-up, operate all types of fabrication and measurementequipment and machine tools required to fabricate tools. 3. Coordinate, plan, estimate,
and sequence work with other employees. 4. Use and/or interpret tool and engineering drawings and models, sketches, templates, tool design manuals, verbal information, mastertools, production parts, digital data and various handbooks inaccomplishing and communicating work requirements.
5. Perform basic shop math and communicate effectively with others using Machine Tool/CNC terminology.
