Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Works closely with local management and production employees to achieve the “My Goal is Zero Accidents” objective. Ability to operate all equipment on the production line to include changes and set-up in the manufacturing process. Checking all work orders/specification sheets for specific work instructions. Perform hourly quality checks and double checks for accuracy. Accurately
complete all paperwork as required. Collect retains during hourly quality checks for Quality Control inspection. Inspect work for accuracy, completeness, and professional look.
Responsible for clean out of the blenders in accordance with instructions. Perform random quality checks every 5 to 10 minutes to ensure product specifications. Ensuring correct material, packaging supplies and quality control tools are being used. Scan product and material into LN. Limiting Scrap and wasting of material. All aspects of changing a line over to another part/style number. Trouble-shooting issues of the line. Provide training or help to other employees when needed or as needed to team members.
