This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Low Voltage Cabling: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage cabling systems. Ensure that all cabling and wiring adhere to safety and industry standards. Collaborate with contractors to plan and execute cabling projects as needed. 2. Solar Systems: Assist in the installation,

maintenance, and monitoring of solar power systems. Troubleshoot and resolve solar system issues promptly. Maintain solar system documentation and performance records.

3. Help Desk Support: Provide effective and efficient help desk support to end-users. Address hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Troubleshoot network connectivity and application problems. 4. Technology Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues across various technology platforms. Identify and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary. 5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain

accurate records of all technology-related activities and incidents.

Requirements Associate's degree in information systems, IT, networking, computer science, or related field. Additional experience in the field will be considered in lieu of a degree. A minimum of 2 years of experience in low voltage cabling installation and maintenance.

Experience with solar power systems installation and troubleshooting is a plus. Strong help desk support experience with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Familiarity with networking principles and protocols. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Technical certifications (e. g. Comp TIA A+, Network+, Solar Installation Certification) are a plus.
