Here are the skills and qualifications we're looking for: Active DOD Secret clearance, and a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience in coding and software development activities, with a robust understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficiency with Microsoft technologies such as MS Office, Share Point, and good oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and a good understanding of agile software development methodologies.
Technical proficiency with coding technologies such as Angular 9, Type Script, HTML 5, CSS, Node Package Manager, Angular Material UI Component Library, Angular Command Line utility, High Charts, Maven, Git/Git Lab, Spring (including Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, Spring Security, Spring MVC), SQL/Postgre SQL, Elastic Search, Kibana, Hadoop File System, and Intelli J Ultimate. Preferred qualifications include experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban principles, PMI/ACP, Scrum Master, Product Owner roles, and familiarity with the Atlassian Suite of tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Knowledge of KM platforms, Do D acquisition policy, cybersecurity requirements for IT systems and cloud-based platforms, and a Top Secret clearance are highly desirable.
