Job Description: Creates, plans, directs, and coordinates activities of assigned category projects to ensure that the objectives of each project are accomplished within the agreed time frame. Reviews project plan to determine timeframe, procedures for accomplishing project and staffing requirements for project. Establishes work plan and time necessary for each phase of project. Meets with project participants to outline project plan
and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activities of project participants to ensure the project progresses on schedule.
Reviews status of project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management.
