Software team. Sensor Fusion is a core competency that provides our products a competitive advantage. In this role you will work closely with business stakeholders, program managers and other software engineers to deliver robust, high performing, mission critical solutions to our customers.
Your team will be responsible for developing the most complex sensor fusion algorithms for our cutting-edge aircrafts. Responsibilities include managing team defect resolution from identification to closure, including block captain, review board and lab coordination. Working with CAMs and RTE to resolve resource demand and team capacity as well as SCRUM team balancing. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors
degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of experience required with a related Masters degree.
Experience managing software developer role and development lifecycle including requirements analysis, high- level and detailed design, coding, test planning, unit-testing, and CSCI integration testing in an agile environment. Ability to work multiple projects and issues simultaneously from inception to completion. Ability to interface and work well with multiple functional areas (i. e. engineering, quality, contracts, program office and external customers)Excellent organizational, research and problem solving skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsMust be a US Citizen.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access and an Interim Secret clearance required to start.
