Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Install, load, and troubleshoot operating system software, maintaining system integrity. Implement enhancements and configurations to network components to improve system performance and reliability.

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
