Who You Are This Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Engineering and Technology leader will be a manager for the F-35 Pilot Systems Software (PSSW) Team within the Displays team in Combat Core Systems.

They will be responsible for resource, functional, cost and technology management for portions of the F-35 Multi-function Display and Helmet Mounted Display domains. In addition, they will be responsible for leading a team of engineers through the full software development life cycle to produce

embedded display software for the F-35. This individual will collaborate with other stakeholders across the F-35 line of business to ensure software products are developed and delivered per program schedule to support software integration and flight test.

They will develop strategies and continue to lead the adoption and maturation of modern software development methods (Dev Sec Ops pipelines, automation technologies, etc. ) across PSSW in alignment with Engineering & Technology roadmaps. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Engineering Aeronauticsaerosoftwareaeroswleaders Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an engineering

discipline Demonstrated leadership ability & experience leading a software team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with F35 program/architecture or complex architectures typically found in aircraft systems Experience managing real-time, embedded software development Experience leading Agile development Experience in Dev Sec Ops transformation and expansion Special Access Clearances will be required Must be a US citizen.

This position is at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance Desired Skills: Experience in flight software qualification testing and security/safety certification efforts Experience as a CAM and related CAM tools Demonstrated ability to facilitate resolution of complex engineering challenges Experience developing and implementing strategies and roadmaps Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
