As an Intern, you will work in small teams to tackle problems as we continue to push technology forward. You will have the opportunity to be a part of team who will impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of a cutting edge mobile product used every day, by people you know. WHAT YOU'LL DO: T-Mobile Home Internet Initiatives T-Mobile Security,

Stability Initiatives KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Experience designing and developing using Java Enterprise (J2EE).

Experience in writing and maintaining code for spring boot applications to implement backlogic and ensure code quality. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations WHAT IT TAKES: Academic or API development experience using Java or any programming language.

Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, Javascript and W3C standards Knowledge of RESTful web services and networking Experience with building responsive application interfaces Able to write maintainable and functionally tested modules a plus At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma or GEDMust be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated with the last year Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships Employers does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Note that this also applies to individuals who are students of F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship tern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
