Functional Expertise: Serves as Project Manager on assigned projects within the program Implements PMO business processes on program and projects Tracks and reports on projects from identification through construction and retirement Ensures project metrics are tracked against forecast and plan Reviews and tracks work orders, progress reports, invoices, as-built records to ensure compliance with company standards and policies Appraises applicable stakeholders on project progress through reporting and during meetings Business Acumen: Identifies and escalates issues that put project or program at risk Ensures projects are identified, engineered,

permitted and constructed as planned Implements project execution plans Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures Identifies and manages project and program risks Ensures project materials and services are acquired on schedule Ensures contract schedule of values are clearly defined/consistent with corporate WBS Ensures contractor invoices and payments are reviewed and approved per contract Provides proper oversight for construction management and field activities Participates in all project related contract negotiations Manages project contractors per PMO and ADP procedures Engagement: Coordinates with DIMP department to ensure projects are identified, ranked and scheduled for execution

Coordinates with Engineering department to ensure design and permit are completed on schedule Coordinates with Construction department to ensure project execution is planned with contractors Collects and analyzes construction progress data from Construction department and contractors Coordinates with Construction department to track install status, financial status, billing, as-builts, restoration, customer notifications, partials, post construction camera inspection, permit close-out, leak survey, and other metrics Prepares or assists in preparing reports, graphs and summaries designed to communicate project plans, progress or results.

Supports to Regulatory department on completed, current and future SAVE projects Attends program team meetings on a regular basis to report on progress and plan Prepares and presents project metrics to indicate project health (EVA, Financial Analysis, Schedule, Risk, etc. ) for presentation to business owner and upper management Ensures scope changes are appropriately addressed per the Change Management process (e. g. adequately documented, impact analysis, approved, etc. ) Supports proper communications with governing agencies, permitting bodies, and communities Supports Construction Inspectors with retirement procedures and as-built drawings Participates in drafting contracts and performing review of all project related contract prior to execution with support from appropriate Track Leads Ensures appropriate field engineering and inspection personnel are assigned Provides input for PMO and ADP improvement Driving Results: Ensures project completion packages, data books, as-builts, other job documentation are secured from contractors and that they are distributed to appropriate parties Creates and implements process improvements to enhance program performance Ensures projects are managed to budget, schedule, design and standards Education, Certifications/Licenses: Engineer I: Required: BA/BS in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical preferred) from an ABET Accredited College/University) Valid Driver's License 0-2 years of project planning, engineering or construction Engineer II: Required: BA/BS in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical preferred) from an ABET Accredited College/University) Valid Driver's License 2+ years of project planning, engineering or construction Engineer III: Required: BA/BS in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical preferred) from an ABET Accredited College/University) Valid Driver's License 7+ years of project planning, engineering or construction Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMI), Fundamental of Engineering (FE) or Professional Engineer (PE) certificate Experience working in the natural gas transmission or distribution field Experience with engineered drawings and permit applications Specific Skills & Knowledge: Ability to manage multiple projects under challenging conditions Familiarity with project management principles Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization CAD/GIS - Intermediate proficiency MS Office - Advanced proficiency Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Occasional local travel to field offices and construction sites Annual travel to PMO Team Meetings Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time Disclaimer: This information describes the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this job.
