Opportunity: Contract (ongoing) Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: 100% onsite Pay: $20.00-$21.00/hour Responsibilities: Perform payment exception handling within High Radius environment.

Utilize tools within High Radius to help increase auto-cash hit rate such as remittance linking and payment tagging. Post lockbox payments (ACH and check) utilizing High Radius, Bank of America website, and SAP based on remittance information. Post payments received at a high daily application

rate with superior accuracy. Read, decipher, and process payments with extensive remittance detail. Assist team members with new or complicated applications.

Communicate discrepancies with AR Regional Specialists to assist in customer account maintenance. Qualifications: Strong data entry skills (10-Key) required. Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. ERP system experience is a plus (SAP preferred). High Radius experience is a plus. High volume, complex A/R payment processing experience or cash applications experience preferred. Associate Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred. Willingness to work additional hours at period-end in order to meet close deadlines.
