Project Coordinator will assist the Construction Project Manager in the day-to-day administrative responsibilities in accordance with company policies and contract documents. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for day to day file administration of awarded jobs in company site and any Government file sharing platform Coordinate with Construction PM to track all expenses on jobs, time sheet and expense reporting Review and submit deliverables from subcontractors Assist Construction PM in maintaining construction schedule Must uphold company policies, procedures and company core values at all times Minimum Qualifications: Understanding of general construction materials and methods Excellent

analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills - attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines Must be change adaptive, flexible, and empathetic Be able to provide direction and drive key initiatives Demonstrated initiative - ability to think, work, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines Committed to learning, personal growth, continual process improvement and staff/team development Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level of organization Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected JBW
