project realization, and lastly commercial / technical follow-up upon completion of the project. Duties and responsibilities Plot, check and release drawings per our ECN systems. Follow individual designs through fabrication and assembly. Obtain quotes; complete Job Authorization and purchase order requisitions.

Develop procedures/manuals for manufacturing as required. Assemble and debug prototype and pre-production components and assemblies. Incorporate changes on piece part drawings and generate ECN's pertaining to changes. Assemble and debug fixtures and tools as needed. Determine optimum process parameters for manufacturing of products FMEA generation on parts as required. Become

proficient with ERP system. Identify, evaluate and recommend equipment, raw materials, components and vendor services necessary for production implementation of new products and processes.

Complete follow through on customer quote process. Work with and occasionally take direction from other managers in the company. Assist customers in application of magnetic systems for their application Other duties as assigned Measures of Success Responsibility Measure of Success-Respond to customers technical topics and quote new product - Average quote lead time and accuracy -Product realization in terms of product planning and setup for new engineered items from customers - % load of all new projects

taken on by the project engineering team -Project Management of the new products through product realization -Achieving quoted lead times with actual product.

Measured days to ship new product. -Development or upgrading of standard work instructions or processes - Number of work instructions written and updated Qualifications BS Engineering field. Preferably Mechanical and/or Electrical. Experience in the field of project management or engineering a plus Experienced in asset management Core Mechanical or Electrical knowledge base with project management skills. Able to interface with customers at all levels. Be able to articulate Arnold's value proposition through design assistance without giving away proprietary technology.

Designing for manufacturing with understanding of cost implications. Working conditions Time will be split between a sedentary office environment and the manufacturing floor May be exposed to industrial oils, toner, coolants, solvents, lubricants, adhesive and other chemicals. NOTE: All safety precautions will be used. Plant wide climate control and air conditioning Could work in areas with excessive noise. NOTE: Ear protection available. Physical requirements Could require intermittent and long periods of sitting and/or standing.

Required to do repetitive work. Periodic lifting of materials not to exceed 40 pounds.
