The Database Administrator III is responsible for managing and optimizing performance of assigned database systems. This includes daily management and administration, and support for business continuity of the servers. This position will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding less experienced Database Administrators. Key Responsibilities:

---Provides day-to-day management and implementation of the Bank's database environment including administration, backup and recovery activities, and change control.

---Processes service tickets; troubleshoots system issues, resolves database related incidents and completes maintenance requests. ---Configures, tests, installs, and migrates new instances and databases in lab and production environments. ---Monitors and analyzes performance including capacity planning, system checks and audits; makes recommendations for improvements and completes requests for additional resources and support as needed. ---Serves as a resource for the audit and security departments when needed. Competencies

Required: ---Solid understanding of database administration, management, and relate files and data to production events and outcomes.

---Solid understanding of Microsoft database replication technologies including Availability Groups and Mirroring. ---Solid understanding of Oracle database patching, upgrades, administration and troubleshooting. ---Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure database technologies. ---Strong technology and troubleshooting skills with working knowledge of a broad range of related software such as Powershell and Microsoft Office Suite. ---Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively identify and translate business user needs, and to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

---Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and prioritize workload in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment, utilizing Agile and Dev Ops. ---Self-starter with the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment. ---Flexibility to provide after hours and weekend support on occasion to support business needs. ---Resourceful and highly adept at problem identification and incident resolution using experience and developed analytical skills.

---Possesses general systems architecture and engineering skills. ---Possesses strong attention to detail and concern for data accuracy. ---Ability to quickly comprehend complex technical and logical concepts and master new programs and systems including but not limited to Service Now, Sentry One and Rubrik. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications/Experience: ---5+ years administrating or supporting database systems with coding experience required. ---Administration experience with Oracle, Azure, SQL required. ---Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.

Formal Education & Certification: ---Associate's degree in technology, business, or related field preferred. ---Industry recognized system administration or development certification preferred. The IT Audit Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and executing audit programs based on risk backssment results. This includes documenting and communicating risks, providing counsel on control issues and recommended process changes, and monitoring corrective actions to improve the existing practices of the organization. Serves

as subject matter expert in the IT area and performs continuous monitoring of this area throughout the year. Key Responsibilities: ---Completes medium to complex IT process or application audits from beginning to end with limited guidance.

This would include conducting walkthroughs, creating the audit risk backssment and scope; developing, executing, and documenting the audit testing plan; discussing results with Management, drafting audit reports, and tracking audit issues to completion. ---Assists with reviewing workpapers and driving the completion of the annual IT audit plan. ---Represents Internal Audit on various IT projects and initiatives, including the participation in risk backssments.

---Serves as a department resource for questions and guidance on technical matters; extracts and provides data to auditors for analysis.

---Assists with annual risk backssment and development of annual audit schedule. Competencies Required: ---Strong working knowledge of auditing standards and internal control frameworks. ---Excellent written and verbal communication, interviewing, and presentation skills. ---Inquisitive, critical thinker with business risk awareness, professional skepticism, and sound judgment. ---Ability to effectively interact with and respond to common inquiries from executive management, regulatory agencies, and/or outside consultants.

---Extensive knowledge of IT practices, vulnerability backssment, change control, business continuity, data privacy and risk backssment practices. ---Exposure to a variety of IT areas such as operating systems, databases, platforms, network hardware and software, security tools, cloud services, data mining tools, and common software/applications. ---Stays abreast of emerging technologies and trends within the IT and cybersecurity landscapes and learns new skills quickly. ---Strong project management and organization skills with high attention to detail. ---Ability to research, assimilate information, apply strong problem solving and analytical skills, and influence issue resolution.

---Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines. ---Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees with skills to build consensus across diverse teams and achieve results through the effort of others. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications/Experience: ---4+ years' experience in technical auditing or an information technology role with exposure to internal controls and risk backssment practices required.

---2+ years' experience in performing IT audits in a lead role required. ---Must be able to manage medium to complex IT process or application audits from beginning to end with limited guidance. ---Banking or financial services industry experience preferred. ---Ability to read SQL code preferred. Formal Education & Certification: ---Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred. ---Industry recognized certification such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.
