This individual will work closely with various teams to deliver value to the business, meeting the scope, budget, and timeline of all designated projects. This includes coordination of all deliverables and communication across the entire IT organization. The IT Project Manager will ensure all projects are completed according to the defined scope and mutually agreed upon timelines of the

Develop, manage, and deliver multiple IT projects from beginning to end, including

Provide project management and direction to ensure the project team has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake within the project team. Prepare weekly reports and briefings on program status, policies, and procedures, in support of acquisition program milestones Define and collect metrics to provide project progression to Senior Management and C-level Executives Cooperate with all stakeholders and work closely with all levels of the organization to determine solutions. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with project teams and business partners.
Ensure accurate and complete files and artifacts are maintained for projects and appropriate close-out documents are distributed in a timely manner in accordance with corporate and customer standards. Communicating to the Initiative Sponsor, Champion and Program Manager and bring awareness of issues that will impact project completion timeline, scope, or cost. Pro-actively seek to identify and communicate any schedule and budget risks. Review and improve process steps as needed by the project. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or related work experience.
Project Management Institute PMP certification is preferred. 5+ years of Project Management experience. Experience with software or hardware implementations is preferred. Must be able to manage multiple large-scale programs and projects across the full project lifecycle. Experience working in a large organization and ability to work across diverse remote teams and build effective relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong experience with IT infrastructure and architecture; knowledge of Security, Service Desk, and Network concepts is preferred Exposure to Freshservice is preferred.
