There is no charge or co-payment for services provided through the Agency. www. apdcares. org SALARY RANGE $47,999.90 - $64,000 Annually $1,846.15 - $2,461.53 Bi-weekly SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Employees of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities are required to demonstrate total commitment to outstanding customer service. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: This is a technical position that works within the Agency for Persons with Disabilities Information Technology Office.

This position provides Server and network Support throughout the agency and works with the State Primary Data Centers to ensure efficient platforms for data processing. Monitor new and existing systems to ensure the performance of agency business systems. Work with the APD information Security Office to implement and carry out information security processes and procedures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of APD data. Review potential APD IT purchases for adherence to APD IT standards.

Work with APD IT Architecture Board to ensure APD IT equipment can integrate into existing APD and State of Florida IT infrastructure. Collaborate with business analysts, database administrators and other developers in conceptualizing, development, and implementation of new systems. Provide technical support for all APD locations. Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments. Assist with Public Records Requests.

Other duties as required REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrate Skills in Installing, configuring, and maintaining windows-based computers and servers. Working with Web services, Certificate Services, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune, O365, Azure, and AWS Knowledge of common networking terminology and technologies. Knowledge of and strong familiarity with all common networking terminology and technologies. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Must have experience installing, configuring and maintaining windows-based computers and servers.

Must have experience working with switches, routers, and firewalls. Must have experience working with Microsoft Office 365, IIS, Certificate Services, System Center Configuration Manager, and cloud services Must have hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience. Must have High School Diploma or its equivalent.
