Work with end users to ensure data issues are resolved and we continually optimize system and training to drive data accuracy System Management: Ensure the optimal performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Manage system updates, integrations, and customizations Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within Business Central, providing critical business insights to stakeholders. leverage for Nav, Power BI, and Power Query Compliance and Best Practices: Partner with the ERP finance lead and compliance team to ensure that system usage complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices Vendor Liaison: Liaise with Microsoft, our BC partner, and third-party add-ins used in our BC ERP solution.
