You will work closely with clients, team members, and government agencies to ensure project success. Responsibilities: Manage land development

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and project specifications. Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, and other project-related documentation. Attend meetings with clients, team members, and government agencies to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns. Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients. Ensure
compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in land development projects. EIT certification is required. Proficient in Auto CAD Civil 3D and Deltek. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets and schedules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to land development projects. Ability to conduct site visits and inspections.
