Experience with Vertex and/or Avalara software Strong analytical background Ability to work well with others from client and outside accounting firm Can do attitude
and at least one full year of law school contracts course Working knowledge of basic contractual concepts Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook; proficiency in Excel and Power Point preferred Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
