Tasks: Drive membership sales through health and wellness education Drive key performance indicators - average ticket price and rebook ratio - through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales Develop membership leads; Follow up with potential members Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records Manage cash drawer - responsible for daily cash handling Manage customer expectations; Resolve customer concerns; Retain memberships Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices - keep the reception area clean and presentable Perform other tasks

experience BA/BS from an accredited university Proven successful experience selling Software in the Public Sector, ideally Saa S products in the cybersecurity space Strategic leadership experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment Experience managing and developing Public Sector Sales & Success teams
collaborating with members to develop care plans and conduct risk backssments Appropriately document sessions, backssments, and care plans in the electronic health record Required Qualifications: Master's degree in professional counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation North Carolina state license as a fully licensed mental health practitioner
in international partner program management within the software industry Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing partner programs that drive revenue growth Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the Saa S business model Experience with PRM software and data analysis tools preferred
