Acts as an advisor on customer issues and drives efficiencies & optimization for the customer and Roche through independent analysis and problem solving. Responsible for increased sales revenue by identifying opportunities for

Requires specific training and certification. Provides project management responsibilities and serves as subject matter expert with customers. Skills 3 years of previous experience in a clinical laboratory or IT in a clinical lab environment Ability to learn Roche solutions (i. e. chemistry, immunology, molecular, life sciences, IT solutions), and stay current with industry trends Effective written/verbal communication skills as well as project management experience Effective customer consultative skills which include advanced scientific knowledge and analysis, exceptional customer engagement, and fostering of strong customer relationships Can work as a field based individual contributor with independence and autonomy Education Associate’s degree in Medical Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science or Clinical Laboratory Sciences.

Role Overview : The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and evaluation of invasive carp research and management actions in Indiana. The incumbent is responsible for working collaboratively on inter-jurisdictional projects to reduce the impacts of invasive carp populations in public waters through the application of biologically sound fish management techniques. Incumbent assists the invasive carp biologist in planning and conducting population investigations, compiling and interpreting scientific data, and writing scientific reports. The incumbent will serve as Indiana’s lead on one of the Ohio River Basin Invasive Carp Partnership’s collaborative projects. Some key responsibilities include: Conducting or assisting in conducting scientific evaluations of invasive carp populations and large river fish communities.

Assist with environmental permitting and reviews. Assist in the evaluation and interpretation of data from analyses and investigations. Classify environmental conditions according to established standards and biological guidelines.
Make recommendations for program objectives and policies dealing with routine problems. Write and edit technical reports on daily operations, program implementation, results, and goals obtained. Assist other biologists on large-scale research and management projects. Assist with special programs, projects, and investigations. Research, develop, and apply new methods of analyses and reviews current information. Responsible for the protection and improvement of habitat for all land and aquatic life. Assist with planning and conducting population investigations, compiling, and interpreting scientific data, and writing scientific reports.
