-- Master's Degree preferred3+ years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, food product development, laboratory and/or pilot plant settinginteractionperience in any of the following strongly preferred Food engineering & continuous improvement Pilot Plant, Food Process development Food product development - background in bakery, high protein / low carb or clean label foods are a strong plus Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
