You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have the skills and experience necessary to: Be responsible for various system functions, including day to day end user support, system development/configuration, and system integrations (ie.
payroll). Be responsible to troubleshoot application issues related to system performance, data accuracy, and end user access. Work with vendor to identify and make recommendations for improvements and changes and manage the rollout of additional functionality. Assist team members with support
of other HR applications/systems including HRMS, Recruiting, Incentive Compensation, Corp Dir, Org Chart, etc.
Write and understand basic SQL queries and functions. More importantly, we are looking for the ability to visualize the logic behind the code and resulting data sets. Understand Excel syntax, calculations/functions, pivot tables, and basic analytics. Conceptually understand relational database management systems - this is required. Understand internal security policies/standards and be responsible for application compliance. Build various reports for end users as well as data feeds to other systems. Who should apply? Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field and some experience in business systems analysis, incident and change management, project and systems management or other directly related experience.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Basic working knowledge of business systems and applications, incident and change management, project and systems management. Knowledge of department specific processes and procedures. Requires good analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem solution skills. Ability to elicit, gather and analysis data.
Good presentation and technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to function in a consultative role. Ability to work with vendors. Requires good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees. Must be able to meet deadlines.
