Responsibilities: Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs advanced data analysis, effectively communicating and directing analysis output. Operational Support - Provides support for business operations by responding to inquiries, identifying issues, and working to improve team practices. Assists in streamlining daily workflow for overall unit, resolving escalated matters where possible.

Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. May serve as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units. Identifying Objectives - Determines business needs through complex analysis and reporting.

Develops strategies to achieve company and department goals, and communicates these through the use of specifications, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on reporting Responsible for researching, analyzing, and documenting complex business needs and provide information

to Systems Analysts and other internal partners resulting in technology based solutions that meet the business requirements.

Helps generate mapping and system needs by clearly articulate and document business requirements; backsses the risks of various solutions; and prioritizes competing business demands. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting Preferred Qualifications: Financial Services or banking industry experience Basic knowledge in generating process documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills Understanding of business and systems concepts Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workloads and work on your own initiative Excellent analytical skills and attention of detail Able to understand complex issues and translate into specific requirements Capable of identifying required capabilities and developing model
