This position will report to the VP of Networks and Analytics and will support and coordinate with multiple business areas. The successful candidate will have experience with handling shop contracts, managed care contracts, or other contract background; be able to juggle multiple clients with multiple priorities, have a keen attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind; have
a proficiency for observation, accuracy, and error elimination, have a sense of business awareness, and have sound business ethics. Responsibilities Generate, review, refine, and facilitate execution of complex client contracts.
Assist with ensuring that contracts meet all compliance regulations, internal policies, and technical requirements. Assist with managing the contract lifecycle from new contract requests, contract approval, contract maintenance, and contract termination. Assist with coordinating contract environment set up for new customers and assist with maintaining existing contract environments for established customers. Ensure that contractual records and documentation for
all clients and projects are accurate and historically maintained.
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage contract inquiries, issues, and disputes. Assist with analyzing significant and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies, business unit procedure; validating findings with legal as required. Assist with processing contract redlines. Assist with evaluating contract performance with existing rates and models. Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with internal and external stakeholders about contractual issues.
Assist in identification, development, and implementation of new contract policy and processes. Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on both routine and special projects and objectives relating to contract activity. Convert contract documentation into technical specifications. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Professional experience in 340B, shop, healthcare, or contract related. Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience with contract administration, maintenance, or management.
Knowledge of contract documentation, storage, and maintenance. Must be a self-starter/self-motivated. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent internal and external customer service skills. Good problem solving and internal/external customer relationship management skills. Ability to thrive in a cyclical environment that will have fast-paced, high pressure times and low intensity, temperate times. Ability to multi-task and communicate with all levels of the organization. Good prioritization and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to take initiative and make sound decisions.

This position will be full time work from home in a location within the Zions Bancorporation footprint (Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Arizona, California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado) Responsible for BSA/AML investigative operations and the application of the BSA and USA PATRIOT Act requirements to daily activities. Analyze high risk client activity for possible suspicious activity related to illegal activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud. Utilizes multiple sources for determining
customer activity is not suspicious or warrants further analysis.
Present a logical supported conclusions for the customer backssment. Understands and applies knowledge of BSA/AML typologies and the ability to identify red flags and current trends of suspicious activity during the review of alerted activity. Communicates with branches to gather further client information to decision the alert. Writes communications necessary to close alerts that clearly support the conclusion. Meet SLA requirements and Quality Assurance performance levels for completed work. Responsible for three different types of reviews: Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) Alert backssments, High Risk backssments and High Risk Reviews.
Responsible to understand each client due for review and review type. Documents reviews in the case management system. backss complex customer relationships and understand relationships across multiple account relationships. Prepare and thoroughly document factual findings in an accurate and timely manner. Communicates with branch and department managers, as necessary, in researching and investigating cases. Compiles data and maintains necessary records and files to assure efficient and consistent reporting of investigations. Makes recommendations for closing account relationships to the appropriate management or risk officers.
Meet SLAs for the completion of schedule reviews. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Accounting, Finance or related field and 1+ years of Bank Secrecy Act and/or AML compliance processes, procedures, and regulations or other directly related compliance experience. Financial crime investigation experience preferred. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Relevant Professional Certification; Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS), Associate of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) or Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS) is a plus.
Basic working knowledge of BSA/AML Compliance as it applies to suspicious activity for money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud. Understanding of complex financial transactions and business relationships. Good analytical, documentation, customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage deadlines, be organized, follow through, detail-oriented and accurate. Ability to meet performance expectations including Service Level Agreements for errors and Quality Assurance score expectations.
Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Good research and problem solving skills. Ability to translate complex situations into easily understood narratives. This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of Level I: $48,000-$70,000 annually Level II: $54,000-$79,000 annuallydepending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
