Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the Senior Vice President Coordinate meetings with clients or " borrowers" realtors, title agents, and the staff at the bank as directed Assist with loan application intake and qualifying borrowers Use Encompass loan origination software to enter to update loan information and upload confidential borrower information Prepare reports & memos Help manage and file expenses through collaboration with SVP and the corporate
